I made my plea to Michael Bourn while I was in San Francisco last week. I was down next to their dugout before the first game of the series, and he walked by and I hollered, “MICHAEL PLEASE STAY WITH ATLANTA NEXT YEAR, WE LOVE YOU!” and a chick in front of me said, “YEAH!!!” He didn’t say anything, but I know he heard me, so I’ve done my part. Now, I’m not stupid and know there’s a lot more that goes into whether a player goes or stays and that fan appreciation in the long run doesn’t really go far, but still I feel good about it lol. NOW WE WAIT.
